1. Q: What's the shipping method and delivery time?
Our products could be shipped by Sea, by Air or by Express. Which method to be used is
based on the weight and size of the package and with consideration of customer's requirements.
By sea: 20-40days;by air: 5-10days ;by express: 3-6days.

A: T/T, 30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery. We suggest you transfer the
full amount at one time. Cause there is bank process fee, it would be a lot of money if you make
twice transfer.

Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect lights, it does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files, send us high resolution images, your logo and test and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
8 Does your factory accept sample order? How long can i expect to get the sample?
Yes, sample is available, After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 workdays, the samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays, you can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
